Certified security with Trusted Shops Certificate and money-back guarantee

The Trusted Shops free money-back guarantee gives you additional security while shopping at PCSilent.de. All online-orders of up to 2500€ a month are backed by the Atradius Insurance Group. The insurance is free for you - we assume the insurance contribution for you. All you have to do is to register for the guarantee after completing the order process. A registration link is shown on the order confirmation page after submitting the order successfully.

The money-back guarantee (Conditions & Privacy ) includes:

Non-delivery of goods

If the goods are not delivered, Trusted Shops will take action immediately after you have registered your complaint. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the Atradius Insurance Group will refund your advance payment upon approval of your claim. So even if you pay in advance there is no risk.

Non-rufund after returning goods*

The Trusted Shops guarantee by Atradius also comes into effect if you do not receive a refund after returning goods according to the shop’s return policy.

Credit card fraud

Atradius will also pay for an agreed deductible up to an amount of 50€ in case of a fraudulent use of your credit card that can be traced to a transaction made at one of our certified shops.



* Goods made to the consumer’s specifications (e.g. custom-made suits) or fresh goods which deteriorate rapidly (e.g. food, flowers), travel (delivery of travel guarantee coupon), event tickets, audio and video recordings or computer software which were unsealed by the consumer, software downloads as well as newspapers, periodicals and magazines are exempt from this guarantee.
