Private customers
You can revoke your declaration of intent to conclude the contract without stating reasons within 2 weeks in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods. The period commences at the earliest on receipt of this instruction. Sending the revocation or the goods within the time limit is sufficient to ensure that the time limit the revocation is met.Direct the revocation to:

Consequences of revocation
In the case of an effective revocation, the services received by both sides shall be returned and, where applicable, benefits derived shall be surrendered. If you are unable to return the services received in full or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for lost value if necessary. This does not apply to goods surrendered if the deterioration of the goods is solely caused by examining them, as would have been possible for you to do in the shop. Incidentally, you can avoid the obligation to compensate for lost value by not using the goods as if you owned them and refrain from doing anything that could reduce their value. Goods which can be dispatched by parcel are to be returned. Goods which cannot be dispatched by parcel will be collected. If you return goods from a delivery with a value of up to 40 euros, you must bear the costs for returning the goods if the quality of the delivered goods is equivalent to the quality ordered. Notes:
a) To simplify the return process you can obtain a parcel stamp which is valid within Germany and allows to return the goods free of charge. Just send us an email including your address and customer number to info@pcsilent.de or send a fax to 0421/2044046.
The use of a parcel stamp is optional and alternatively a standard shipping is also possible. But we ask you politely not to return products freight forward. Please note that you might have to pay the balance between standard shipping and a more expensive shipping method if this was unnecessary for returning the products.
b) We hope for the appreciation of our international customers that we cannot refund the shipping costs for returns from other countries independent from the value of the returned products.
c) We also want to inform you that you might have to compensate the lost value if you return products without the original packing. Please preserve the original packing until you have decided to keep the products.
d) The right of revocation does not apply
- if the goods where build to your specification or if they are not suitable for return due to their character
- for audio-, video-recordings and software if you have unsealed them
- in other cases of the §312d para. 4 BGB
e) After receiving and checking the returned goods we will refund the purchase price. Costs of mounting and dismounting the goods and other services, which you may have ordered together with the goods, cannot be refunded when the contract is revoked.

Comercial customers / Companies
You can return goods which are in original condition (not opened, not used and originally packed) within 2 weeks after receiving them without stating any reasons. The return is at your risk and expense - we do not accept freight forward.After receiving and checking the returned products we will refund the purchase price. If the order was paid by credit card we will refund the amount immediately after processing the return to your credit card. Bank transfers will be done normally within 7-10 days.
