General Information This innovative computer mouse, developed together with Erasmus MC, Erasmus University Hospital Rotterdam, reduces complaints as well as the risk of Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI). This mouse prevents over exertion of certain muscles in arms and hands, a major source of NSAH. The handshoemouse is available in 3 sizes therefore we can provide youa fitting (like a glove) mouse. The concept of the mouse by Hippus is to prevent excessive gripping and pinching as well as the stretching of the fingers. The latter to prevent accidental switching. The shape allows for the hand to continuously rest on the mouse body in a relaxed fashion. As a result relaxation is realized in hand, arm, shoulders and neck, this again reduces the risk of NSAH / RSI to a minimum. The BlueRay-Track (BRT) technology allows the mouse to be used on almost every surface. The resolution of 1000dpi allow a fine positioning of the mouse pointer.  The wireless model is euipped with an integrated rechargeable Li-Ion battery (charging takes approx. 3hrs - the mouse can be used while charging. Due to a sleep-mode the mouse can be used up to 4 weeks without charging. The integerated battery life is around 2 years - it can be replaced by professional service providers. To find out the right size of the mouse measure in the inside of the streched out hand the distance from wrist (the cross over between hand and arm) up to the tip of the ring finger.
