Gerneral information With the VGA cooler VF700-Cu by Zalman you can cool your VGA card quiet and efficient. The flexible mounting mechanism allows the use on nearly all current cards. The ZM-VF700-Cu cools not only the VGA chip itself but also the VGA-RAM and other components of your VGA card. The heatsink design creates a big cooling surface which is cooled by the integrated quiet fan. The airflow even cools the 8 self-adhesive RAM heatsinks which are included with the Zalman VF700-Cu. The fan speed can by adjusted by the voltage setting of the cooler. A voltage adapter allows to set the voltage to 5 or 12 volts. The cooler mounts simply. After removing the old cooling system a bold and nipple is fastened thru the card. After stabilizing the construction with a backplate the VGA cooler is simply fastened on the GPU with two screws. The cooler can be mounted on VGA cards having a diagonal hole distance of 55mm or 75-80mm. Please note that the mounting bracket has a length of 85mm so there must not be higher parts on the VGA card in that range. Due to the size of the cooler the PCI slot under the VGA card cannot be used. |
