The Termalright HR-05 IFX was developed based on a CPU heatsink to make it possible to cool even overclocked chipsets sufficient and silent. The HR-05 IFX works without any fan and is absolutely silent. To raise the cooling performance it can be equipped with a 80mm fan.

With the included mounting materials you can mount it on a big variety of mainboards.
