Heatpipe CPU cooler for passive chassis HFX classic(General Information) General Information

The mCubed BorgFX heatpipe CPU cooler was developed for use with the mCubed HFX classic case. The four heatpipes of the cooler are able to transfer up to 120W of heat emission to the big heatsinks of the HFX chassis.

The flexible mounting of the heatpipe allows the use of the cooler with nearly all ATX-motherboards. The cooler can be mounted on socket 478/775 (Intel Pentium/Core 2 Duo), 462/754/939/940/AM2 (AMD Athlon/Opteron) and socket 479 (AOpen Intel Mobile).
