Hard drives with 2.5" are a good solution to build avery quiet pc-system. The Novibes frame decouples the hard drive from the case frame mechanically. Thereby vibrations cannot be passed on. The operating noise, particularly the head noises are reduced audibly.
The set contains an adapter which is necessary to connect the a 2.5" drive to a normal 5.25" power-connector and the IDE-cable.

The Novibes can be equipped with one optinal 60mm fan for hard drive cooling.
